The Town of Cameron is the antiques capital of the Sandhills with many antique stores along the main road through town, Carthage Street.  The antiques experience here has been featured in Southern Living magazine and was voted “Best Antique Shopping” by the readers of Our State magazine.

Two antique festivals are held annually, one on the first Saturday in May and the other on the first Saturday in October, attracting hundreds of antique dealers and thousands of antique lovers.

A picturesque residential community, Cameron retains its turn-of-the-century appeal.
