Population


From 2000-2006, Moore County grew at a rate of 10.1%.  The NC State Demographics Office projects that by the year 2030, the county’s population will be over 110,000.  Within just a 40-mile radius of Southern Pines and Aberdeen, the 2007 population is estimated to be almost 790,000.
