Lifestyle

Moore County’s greatest asset is our unsurpassed quality of life.

Many know Moore County as "The Home of American Golf"® with Pinehurst’s internationally famous No. 2 course, and over 40 other premier golf courses throughout the county. The area is also a nationally recognized center for equestrian activities and offers many recreational and cultural opportunities. Opportunities for new and expanding businesses are plentiful here as well.

CENTRAL LOCATION
Our central location makes us easily accessible from the mountains or the coast, and we are just a one-hour’s drive from Research Triangle Park and Raleigh-Durham International Airport. We can conveniently access resources in the Research Triangle Park, Raleigh-Durham and the Piedmont-Triad region, but still live a more rural, uncongested way of life.

THE RIGHT MIX
This desirable location, temperate climate and other advantages, such as exceptional healthcare and an impressive public school system, create the right mix for corporate and private citizens alike.

Whether it’s Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen, Carthage or Robbins, each town and village offers a unique setting. Cultural and recreational amenities, easily rivaling those available in metropolitan areas, are plentiful.
