Moore  County is a thriving location, appealing to a wide range of age groups and ethnicities.

 

Moore County covers almost 700 square miles of land area in central North Carolina.  It is part of a region known as the “Sandhills”, characterized by the sandy soil and rolling hills.  The 2009 estimated population is 86,958 with an estimated 125 people per square mile of land area.
